As a result of my Social Prescribing meetings I feel that I can now cope with problems I was struggling with and be able to deal with each difficult situation more calmly. I’m not sure how I would have coped without it and would most likely have had to have help elsewhere or medication which I wanted to stay away from. I am very grateful to my social prescribers he’s made my life much more bearable…what a star.
