DEBP are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation. We registered with the Charities Commission in March 2021 after transitioning from DEBP Ltd, a social enterprise which was founded in May 2011.

We support children, young people, and vulnerable adults to have a positive future, through equipping them with the opportunities and tools for success. Multi-disciplinary team members, provide well-being, employability, and careers support, for learners across all educational settings, working in partnership with primary, secondary, mainstream, specialist, and support centres, and in the community. The underpinning of DEBPs delivery by employers and inspirational role models, providing experiential learning opportunities, ensures context, insight, currency and develops motivation, for both the targeted audience, and educators.
