Right2Work provides work and learning opportunities to people facing barriers to employment, focusing on individuals with disabilities. offering programmes like supported internships, work placements and training in areas like furniture repair, retail and food service, all aimed at helping people develop skills and gain employment experience within their community hubs.
We will provide a study programme for individuals with a live Education Healthcare Plan (EHCP) aged between 16 and 24yrs old. The programme is based on a place and train approach to learning. It is based primarily at an employer’s premises and is designed to meet the career goals of young people where possible as well as the business need of an employer. R2W provides on-the-job training with a dedicated job coach and we strive to provide natural work place mentors.
